Trust Clinic Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Policy

  • No Refund for Completed Services: Due to the nature of healthcare services, refunds will not be provided for services that have already been rendered.
  • Packages and Prepaid Services: Refunds for prepaid services and packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the service and the reason for the refund request.

2. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Provided: If a prepaid service or package was not provided due to scheduling issues, staff unavailability, or other reasons attributable to Trust Clinic, a refund may be issued.
  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must report it to us within 7 days of receiving the service. We will review your case and determine if a refund or an alternative resolution is appropriate.
  • Medical Packages: For medical packages that include multiple services, refunds will only be considered for the unused portion of the package. Refunds will be prorated based on the number of unused services.

3. Non-Refundable Services The following services are non-refundable:

  • Diagnostic Tests: Refunds will not be provided for diagnostic tests, including but not limited to blood tests, imaging services, and laboratory tests.
  • Consultation Fees: Fees for medical consultations with doctors, specialists, or other healthcare providers are non-refundable.
  • Treatment Sessions: Refunds will not be provided for individual treatment sessions once they have been completed.

4. Procedure for Requesting a Refund To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone within 7 days of the issue arising.
  2. Provide Information: Supply your name, contact details, date of service, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  3. Review Process: Our team will review your request and may contact you for further information if needed.
  4. Decision: We will inform you of our decision regarding the refund request within 14 days.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved Refunds: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: For partially used packages or services, refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion.
